Now that spring has officially arrived I can start running outside! I’m not the biggest fan of running in the cold weather…I like the sun. But with all this beautiful weather I have begun to explore Westminster!
On campus, we have a great run where you explore campus but lately I’ve been making my way down Main Street and even further! Main Street is perfect to run because it is a straight run! There are a lot of options one can run. We have a track but that can get boring after a few miles. Thats why I would recommend exploring our little city. Plus, Westminster is really pretty so its fun to see the neighboring areas that I’m usually not familiar with.
But if your not interested in running outside one can always find the gym! A lot of people run there because they watch TV while they workout. Which is a bonus…definitly makes the workout go by faster!
