Lemonade by Gucci Mane is a song that if you don’t know by now, I highly question your stylistic choices. This is one of the greatest musical pieces of all time, in my opinion.  This tune never gets old, no matter how many times you listen to it, even if I put it on repeat while I write this blog post. The musical elements in this piece, obviously, are the basis to the legendary audio presented in this song. The texture in this song is very diverse. The layers that make up this texture, have a wide variety, from several different beats. Keyboards and several kinds of beats (2 or 3), are each prominent in their respective times of the song intertwining with the pulse of the song. This song in my opinion would be classified as a polyphony, as there are several melodies present throughout. This musical piece also has great harmonic quality. As all of these beats and notes are played together, the quality flow creates a consonant quality to the piece. Lemonade has a fast tempo, however a shorter rhythm with short choppy repeating notes.
